Delivery methods for deliveries from Scratch Solutions Online Store will include 1) Collection from our business address (Edenvale) or 2) By Courier (The Courier Guy) or 3) By our Company Driver to the Customer’s chosen delivery address.

Our deliveries will take place from 8AM until 5PM from Monday to Friday.

We prioritize quality and attention to detail in every step of our process. Here's how we handle deliveries:

1. Manufacturing: Once your order is placed, our skilled team begins crafting your items with precision and care. We believe in delivering products that meet our high standards and your expectations.

2. Quality Assurance: Before dispatch, each item undergoes thorough quality checks to ensure it meets our strict quality standards. We want to ensure that every product leaving our facility is in perfect condition.

3. Packaging: Your items are carefully packaged to prevent any damage during transit. We use environmentally friendly materials wherever possible to minimize our ecological footprint.

4. Dispatch: After passing through our quality control checks, your order is dispatched for delivery. Please note that this process may take up to 3 to 10 working days, as we prioritize precision and quality over speed.

5. Delivery: Once your package is in transit, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress. Our dedicated delivery partners work tirelessly to ensure your order reaches you safely and promptly.

We understand the anticipation of receiving your order, and we appreciate your patience as we work to deliver quality products to your doorstep.

In the event that the products are delivered in a damaged or defective state, the Customer shall forthwith upon delivery endorse Scratch Solutions’ copy of the delivery note detailing the damage or defects to the Products and the Customer shall within seven (7) days of such delivery notify Scratch Solutions of such damage or defects to the Products delivered, following which the Returns Policy shall be followed.
